★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel with limited appeal. Beds are small. Shower head was broken - as was very nearly my neck as I stepped out of the bath. Breakfast will set you back the cost of the deposit in the new Aston Martin and has all the excitement and flavours available from a Lidl bag. Oh, and there is no parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having room, with bad sounding. I could hear a TV from my neighbors in addition in bathroom could use cold water properly in was shooting with air. Breakfast is served if you asked in an advance. But hotel is near centre so only 2 stars. Soory

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and there was free coffee in the lobby in the morning.
Room was clean and absolutely free from any distracting art, and as long as you are not to light of a sleeper the room works fine. -all perimeters are thin, my room was on the and I could hear every tram squealing in the tight corner, I could hear people talk in the corridor and I knew what channel my neighbors where watching on the TV... But for most of the night but was fine and I slept ok...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was clean and comfortable, the location not bad. However, the manager of the reception really broke our stay, he is a very difficult person that doesn't let you speak and cuts you when talking. What is more, he forgot to put our key in an envelope in the security box at the entrance and when we called him he made us a huge problem saying that if we didnt have an envelope with our name then we had no booking, while the room was paid already two weeks before! he didnt want to look at the confirmation emails I had, nothing, he even kicked us out of the hotel and I almost called the police... what a terrible situtation!! While he was shoutting to my face saying that we didnt have any reservation my friend saw in his computer that my reservation was well done under my second family name, then he just went into his office and gave us our room key without apologizing for his rudenss and bad behaviour, not a single apology, nothing at all!! terrible experience with this man!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is good value for money but:
1.-There is no air-conditioning. The room gets really warm during the night which creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere for sleeping. The weather was chilly and rainy during my stay in Blakenberge, but still, the bedroom got really warm during the night.
2.-There was no soap on the shower. The shower soap dispenser was empty.
Apart from that, the room was clean and nice. And the hotel location is very convenient.
3.- Wifi: it's was not working well. There were connection issues.
4.-The service is not welcoming. We were surprised to see that there was nobody at the reception when we arrived, around 18-19 pm.
There was nobody at the front desk to do our check in, guest registration and give us the room keys. There was only a number to call in case we had any issues but there was nobody there physically at the front desk.
Unfortunately, this lack of reception service at the hotel on our arrival created a very confusing and complicated situation to get our room keys.
