Een speciale vermelding voor de hulp bij een noodzakelijke herstelling van het plafond: de werkman die werd aangewezen, heeft zijn werk heel goed gedaan. Thanks to your efforts, the apartment was sold quickly and I was well guided. A special mention for the help with a necessary repair of the ceiling: the workman who was appointed did his job very well.

V	VME GLADIO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen enkele ster waard, maar moesten minimum 1 ster geven om review te kunnen posten. Als syndicus en beheerder van gebouw ver onder NUL. Geen opvolging, geen reactie op mails, afrekeningen die totaal niet kloppen. Leveranciers die niet tijdig betaald worden. Kost meer aan de VME dan wat het opbrengt. Na 6 jaar nog niet eens een VME voor de ondergrond opgericht. Bespaar frustraties en ergernissen en kies voor een andere professionele syndicus ipv je geld uit te geven aan Trevi. Niks positiefs te melden buiten bezin eer ge begint aan een samenwerking met Trevi !! Not worth a single star, but had to give at least 1 star to post a review. As a syndic and manager of a building far below ZERO. No follow-up, no response to emails, settlements that are completely wrong. Suppliers who are not paid on time. Costs more to the VME than what it yields. After 6 years, not even a VME for the subsurface was established. Save frustrations and annoyances and choose another professional property manager instead of spending your money on Trevi. Nothing positive to report outside of reflection before you start a collaboration with Trevi !!

Not only have I yet to receive my deposit for my old lease agreement, but this company has renewed the lease agreement without my consent or knowledge. I have on numerous occasions try to call or email them with no response. When I do manage to make contact with them, they always tell me everything is fine and that they've simply made an administrative error which will be rectified. They have not rectified any of the mistakes they have made. My recommendation is definitely that no one should ever go into business with this company or its partner, Korfine.
