Worst service ever. First I contact them to hear if they can replace a broken screen. They can, but need to order the parts first so I have to wait for that. They contacted me when the parts were ready, and I asked if it was possible to park nearby. They told me yes, but when I came to the shop the nearest parking is 3 blocks away. It also turns out they got the wrong color - apparently the replacement screen comes with a back-plate in the phone color. Anyway, not a big deal and I tell them to change it anyway. Next they ask for my pin code. I tell them that since I have Google Pay and other personal stuff on the phone I prefer not giving them that, and don't really understand why they need it. You can still switch on the phone and see the screen works. They want to do more testing they say, and I tell them we can do that together then. Next they tell me to come back in an hour. I tell them that the sign on the window (which can be seen here on the picture of the shop too) says 30 min but he says, no it's 1 hour. They have a waiting area with a sofa, I ask if it's ok I wait here, as I am not familiar with the neighborhood, and without my phone to guide me around I might actually get lost, but he says I can't "due to covid". I tell him I am fully vaccinated and have the covid pass to prove it, but he replies by handing back my phone and tell me they don't want to fix it for me, I am too complicated a customer. I leave. Now all of this was done in a calm and reasonable manner, no lifted voice or aggression. I don't really understand the good reviews they got, maybe they were by "friends of the house", maybe the guy just had a bad day. Update to reply: 1) The one star was given due to the rude staff and for wasting my time. 2) The preceding email exchange was perfectly polite on both sides. If you disagree, feel free to clarify. 3) I already explained what happened in the shop. What part did you feel went "too far"? At which time did you feel you were treated as an object or a dog?

Amazing service, I had a problem with my Lenovo PC and, even though they don't repair this kind of computers, they offered to have a look and actually fixed it in no time. Thank you again for your help, I recommend this place 100%

I rarely write reviews but highly recommend this place. Had the battery of my Macbook Pro renewed by them almost two years ago. This summer there was an issue with the battery (it started expanding which can be dangerous). They replaced the battery at no cost. Very friendly and quick service as well.

The shopkeeper speaks perfect English, he explained in a concise and informative way about options, so we could make a decision to fix my wife's phone or buy another one. Decided to fix it, he changed the screen in less then 40minutes on an iphone7 for 90€.Totally recommend.

A few months ago, I brought my phone to a repair store in Leuven, since my screen went black after a big fall. They said that it was unrepairable. Since the environmental cost of buying a new phone is very high, I wanted a second opinion. And they just made it!! The repair was very fast and only 40 euro's. I am so happy!!

Excellent service, very friendly, very professional, very fast, and for a good price compared to some other estimates I have gotten from other similar shops. They weren't just cheaper but also able to solve my problem in a much shorter time frame. Fully recommended.

Amazingly great service. Very customer focused and professional. I strongly recommend to go to The Repair Club if you need to have your devices fixed. I had my Samsung A70's screen and iPhone 7 Plus battery and charging socket changed by them. They have a chat function on Google Maps and respond immediately with pricing and other details. 10/10 Trustful, professional. I can't say enough, they are really really good. Also, don't worry if you don't speak French or Dutch as they speak English very well. If it would be possible I would give them 10 stars.
