★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont be mislead by the reviews. They had my computer for more than a month. I got different diagnostics and different delays to check it up. The laboratory seems has nothing to do with Mister Genius. I acknowledge that my Apple got a big problem, maybe unsolvable, but I left it that I could turn it on and see an Apple message. When I arrived home I could not turn it on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t come to this shop, I went there to check my laptop, cause I can’t turn it on, they asked 60€ for the examination, then I didcided to go to another shop, they checked immediately without asking fee for examination, and i only needed to change my charger! Apparently they have bad reputation among repair shops, i went to three shops and they all said this shop is not honest, I didn’t even mention your name when I told them the story, and they know who you are :)))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm happy to write this review from a computer that the staff of Mister Genius fixed for me. They replaced my faulty RAM and didn't charge me for the hardware they replaced it with. They were very kind and accommodating, considering I had a tight schedule due to travel. Deeply grateful to the staff.
