A very interesting place tucked next to the growing St. Bernardus Brewery. The layout and rooms are a little odd and show signs of age, but are maintained. If you can get to it (and find the entrance through the ivy archway), it's well worth the trip. With affordable rates, included breakfast, and an honor bar with all of St. Bernardus's beers and more, it's a stay you won't soon forget.

An excellent stay. Our room was spacious, clean and had comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good and included local cheeses. The lounge area was a great place to relax in comfort. Would definitely return.

So basically you get a large shared area with the honesty fridge (loads of beer) which feels lived in and old fashioned (in a good way). Then your own rooms which are separate which are clean and conformable. Breakfast was great. Pics fill in the gaps.

Our hostess Jackie welcomed us (as usual) again very friendly. She is the "face" of the Guesthouse. Just wonderful how she runs the Brouwershuis Guesthouse. The rooms are wonderful and clean. The breakfast is good. The location is fantastic.

Absolutely top-notch for relaxing. The patio area is lovely and restful, the beer is wonderful and plentiful, the tour of the brewery was very interesting, and you can get that unbeatable Westvleteren beer just by driving a short hop to the abbey. The innkeepers are friendly and helpful. This area of Belgium is pleasant a rural; I wish I had brought my bike! I would love to go back and stay for a longer visit next time. Highly recommended

Beautiful B&B in a beautiful place. We had nothing but exceptional service starting when we emailed to ask to make reservations. We are traveling with our 17 month old, and the manager made sure we had a large room with a tub for comfort and ease, but also that our room was close enough to the parlor that our baby monitor worked there. Breakfast is top-notch, with plentiful breads, cereal, meat and cheese, fruit, and eggs made to order. Staff were efficient and with housekeeping of the room. Oh, and there's an honor bar full of St. Bernardus beers. Short answer: we had a wonderful stay and were sad to go. The place is a bargain and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved our stay here at this modern, spacious bed and breakfast! Loved the common areas and large, beautiful breakfast rooms and decks. Great (albeit limited menu) food at the large St Bernardus Brewery bar next door- which has a stunning deck overlooking the hops fields and countryside.

Stayed 2 nights at Het Brouwerhuis while in the Watou area Belgium visiting several of the, worlds legendary breweries. St Bernardus is one of those Breweries. Het Brouerhuis was very charming. Very personal service, wonderful breakfast, and first floor living spaces have a refrigerator full of their fine portfolio of beers…honor system. Good Karma all the way. We had a great room too. The location is so close to other destinations one should consider riding a bike to other breweries.
