Slightly misleading name for a thoroughbred artisan baker. Best butter cakes and croissants in Ghent. I am happy to drop by for a nice chat. In terms of specialty bread, I think the probody is super. Recommended in Ghent.

De bediening hier is zeer vriendelijk en je wordt altijd snel bediend. De mensen die hier werken doen graag wat ze doen en dat zie je! De prijs van het brood en de taartjes vallen zeer goed mee... Zoek je eens een bakker, kom hier dan zeker eens kijken.
't Studentje is a small authentic local bakery where you can find all kinds of pastries, from bread to pastries to rolls and cakes. The service here is very friendly and you are always served quickly. The people who work here love what they do and it shows! The price of the bread and the cakes are not too bad... If you are looking for a bakery, come and have a look here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bakery exudes nostalgia for me. It's like going into a bakery from the 80s-90s. Same interior, but also the same really well-made products. And they're mainly homemade, which you cam definitely taste. Their best products, in my opinion, are their breads and their pies (try the flan!).

I got fresh croissants and some pastries.
They were out of this world!!
The croissants were golden, crunchy, buttery, and melted in the mouth exquisitely!
The pastries were creamy and delicious.
Finally, the people were extremely friendly and welcoming!
I highly recommend this place!
