Parties communes correct dans cet immeuble. Apartment quiet, well equipped, well arranged with balcony and clear view but the house could be deepened, windows, skirting .... Communal areas ok in this building.
G	Giacomo Corti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni con la mia famiglia (con 2 bambini di 7 e 11 anni) e l'esperienza è stata davvero più che positiva. Ad iniziare dalla app per cellulari, che risulta molto utile per mettersi in contatto con la struttura e riceve informazioni (sempre puntuali e efficienti). Appartamento bellissimo, e davvero grande: due camere, soggiorno molto grande con cucina, terrazzo. Davvero confortevole e di stile, uno dei più belli in cui abbiamo soggiornato! Molto silenzioso e dotato di tutti i comfort: io ho apprezzato tantissimo la macchina da caffè Nespresso, con ben 10 cialde disponibili. Comunque c'è davvero quasi tutto il necessario: olio, sale, aceto ecc; sapone (per lavarsi, per lavastoviglie e lavatrice); tanti piatti, bicchieri, stoviglie, ecc. Il posto poi è comodissimo, davvero a 1 minuto a piedi dalla fermata metro Madou e da due supermercati (un Carrefour e uno all'interno della fermata metro; quest'ultimo aperto tutti i giorni, l'altro chiuso solo il sabato). Ottimo WiFi in tutta la struttura We stayed for 5 days with my family (with 2 children aged 7 and 11) and the experience was really more than positive. Starting with the mobile app, which is very useful for getting in touch with the structure and receiving information (always punctual and efficient). Beautiful apartment, and really large: two bedrooms, very large living room with kitchen, terrace. Really comfortable and stylish, one of the nicest we have ever stayed in! Very quiet and equipped with all the comforts: I really enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine, with as many as 10 pods available. However, there is really almost everything you need: oil, salt, vinegar etc; soap (for washing, for dishwasher and washing machine); lots of plates, glasses, dishes, etc. The place is very convenient, really 1 minute walk from the Madou metro station and two supermarkets (a Carrefour and one inside the metro station; the latter is open every day, the other closed only on Saturdays). Great WiFi throughout the hotel

Only down side was that the street noise woke us up quite often. With the windows closed it was better, but with no A/C that did not last so long. Good location between two metro drops and two small grocery stores Also walking distance to the park.
