★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at B-aparthotel on regent in Brussels the past weekend and it was amazing! Check-in and check-out was super easy! . It was very handy to use the luggage room on Sunday as we had a late flight. We even got a free room upgrade! Next time we're in Brussels we'll definitely be staying there again! Beautiful room aswel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to stay for a short term. Located in the city center and we have metro bus and tram station opposite to the apartment. A large living room and bed room for a studio and very comfortable for a 2 persons.. a neat and secured place to stay..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is near train station. It kept clean inside out. The rooms were clean. The only reason I didn’t like this place is when we come back from the hotel and found our hotel room was half open. We thought there was a break in and later noticed the door was left opened by the cleaner. For how long?! I don’t know. It was just fortunate nothing was taken. Despite all that I will still go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this hotel. We arrived to early and couldn't check in yet, the hotel offered a room for your luggage, so we could go explore the city. Location and prize combination is just perfect. And our upgrade to an apartment was the best choice. Fully equipped apartment. Privacy and security to enter the building and all the way to the apartment = A+ and the customer service are very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ True story after check in: hey honey; there is a dead cockroach under the couch... oh no wait it is just a strawberry. Not very clean but was bearable for our 3-4 days stay.
Sounds cladding is non existent.
Parking could be a challenge and i don't think would be a walk in the park getting a Van down there without a high end lubricant :)
Sleep quality was good.
Sleep design and comfortable to the eyes.
No noise from outdoors at night. Quite quiet.
The mystery:
Would love to understand the common sense behind see through glass doors with air space on the toilet doors. That gives an obligatory share on both sound and vision. What's the point?
With the level of cleanliness and shared bathroom space assuming everything else was perfect; 3 stars is the furthest I can go for on this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient location for purpose of my trip. Rooms are large. However, the access code email did not make clear the need to press the "door logo" button before and after the access code. Calling the NightManager line for help, I repeatedly got a long recorded message in a foreign language (Flemish?), the only part of which I recognised was 'mailbox full'. I finally figured out how to get in and subsequently got a friendly call from the night manager, but it was no use by then. I paid in advance for the suggested buffet breakfast at the cafe next door, hoping that the 14 Euro charge would get me choice, including something hot, and a decent coffee. Instead there was a tray of cold stuff in the fridge in the room. The room was generally very worn, with the shower taking an age to warm up and part of the handle falling off in ones hand. Generally clean except for stickiness on the light switches. Stained carpet in the corridor.
