Accès gratuit aux 3000 emplacements à travers le monde, service de réceptionniste virtuelle, location de bureaux et salles de réunion. Inconvénients: l'application mobile a besoin d'être améliorée, la facturation des services erronés et il est difficile de récupérer son argent, service client ???, approche non conforme. Je reviendrai avec 5 étoiles lorsque ces problèmes seront résolus. Quality service, a good location to host your business. Free access to 3000 locations around the world, virtual receptionist service, rental of offices and meeting rooms. Cons: mobile app needs improvement, wrong service billing and hard to get money back, customer service ???, non-compliant approach. I will come back with 5 stars when these issues are resolved.

C'est vraiment une bonne ambiance pour travailler, la déco est super moderne et il y a une machine à café (bien sophistiqué) ouvert aux travailleurs ✨✨ Ah j'ai failli oubliée la vue à tombée du 7ème ? Too too beautiful a place, thank you for setting up study spaces for the students too. It's really a good atmosphere to work, the decor is super modern and there is a coffee machine (very sophisticated) open to workers ✨✨ Ah, I almost forgot the view at sunset of the 7th ?

The staff is very friendly and make you feel at home. Since the place is open 24/7, as a member I am glad with this flexibility and I do not have to hurry to finish my work.

L	Laurent Jadot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have rented an office for 4 people at Spaces Stock Exchange for 6 months in 2021 during COVID. The good thing is that the offices are located in one of the nicest areas of Brussels. The team is nice, the art-deco building itself is very nice on the ground floor (the upper floors are more basic) and you benefit from the facilities offered by the group (reception and access to other Spaces). However, the air-conditioning was a problem, it went on and off all the time and is quite noisy (so much so that we had to leave our office to make a phone call), to be able to turn off the air-conditioning we had to ask every day the reception for permission to control it. It is not possible to dim or switch off the lights, so the offices are brightly lit all day, which can be uncomfortable if you are sensitive to bright lights. Our north facing office was also quite cold (we often worked with our jackets on), we were offered a south facing office but more expensive (for the same size). Some items are not included in the rental (telephone, photocopies, meeting rooms...) and when you leave the premises, a departure fee is charged (to put the office back in order, which had not been done when we entered). In the end, we had the impression that the team on site was doing its utmost to help us, but was limited by inappropriate technique and pressured with strict profit targets.
