Er wordt echt gedrukt op het feit dat je met vragen of problemen terecht kan bij de helpdesk. Het geeft een goed gevoel van zekerheid dat je er niet alleen voor staat. Heel blij van mijn keuze om met jullie in zee te gaan. Just finished my training with Gaël. Thank you for being so patient with a starter. They are very friendly, helpful. There is a real emphasis on the fact that you can contact the helpdesk with questions or problems. It gives a good feeling of certainty that you are not alone. Vergeleken met 'goedkope' zelfbouwprogramma's tot dure / zeer dure op maat gemaakte site's komt KMO shops er voor mij als de beste keuze uit en dankzij de vlotheid, vriendelijkheid en gedrevenheid van Dimitri (acount mannager) er tot op heden geen spijt van ... For more than a year I considered and weighed different options about, where, how and with whom I would start my webshop. Compared to 'cheap' do-it-yourself programs to expensive / very expensive custom-made sites, SME shops come out as the best choice for me and thanks to the smoothness, friendliness and drive of Dimitri (account manager) I have not regretted it so far ...

Het is zoals het moet zijn: duidelijk, gebruiksvriendelijk, een klare site zonder al te veel toeters en bellen, en toch met duidelijke mogelijkheid tot uitbreiding met eigen velden. Het echte werk voor ons moet nog beginnen, maar het gebruiksgemak nodigt uit om hier wat extra tijd in te steken, en met wat onderzoek en uittesten om een goed basispakket op te bouwen in excell is het ideaal om met de importfunctie snellere resultaten te bekomen. Ik ga hier zeker mijn weg in kunnen vinden. Ook dank aan Joyce voor haar duidelijke en professionele begeleiding. Je merkt dat ze de applicatie door en door beheert. Top! It is as it should be: clear, user-friendly, a clear site without too many bells and whistles, and yet with clear options for expanding with your own fields. The real work for us has yet to begin, but the ease of use invites you to spend some extra time here, and with some research and testing to build a good basic package in Excel, it is ideal to use the import function achieve faster results. I will definitely be able to find my way around this. Also thanks to Joyce for her clear and professional guidance. You notice that she manages the application through and through. Top! Kortweg, KMO Shops Kan en zal ik aan iedereen aanbevelen. Ook de leuke en aantrekkelijke korting plaatste de concurrentie helemaal buiten strijd. Daarboven is de shop zeer professioneel en toch zeer eenvoudig zelf te hanteren. Very smooth communication, friendly and professional guidance, good and clear training with Gaël. In short, I can and will recommend KMO Shops to everyone. The nice and attractive discount also placed the competition completely out of the competition. Ook hier kreeg ik kort na dat ik mail had gestuurd een telefoontje van Wim. Ik kreeg meteen heel wat uitleg en wat het grootste pluspunt was, was dat het voor mij als leek verstaanbaar was. Deze lijn wordt door de hele ervaring met KMO Shops doorgetrokken, van de demo en training met Gael tot het zelf beheren van de webshop. Een hele fijne ervaring! If you are not a techy or you want to go straight from the start to a fully equipped webshop with all professional features that u might only find in massive and costly enterprise e-commerce solutions, this is the way. As I took me some time to source investments and find the time for this project, I have reviewed many other out of the box solutions, but they all fell short. Very impressed of all the integrations available with facebook, amazon and bol,com. Also very happy that you can start small and add features as the business grows. Software works intuitive and Dimitri guides you through the training in a pleasant and detailed way. Looking forward for a long and pleasant partnership!
