C	Charles Delroy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff member at the Brussels store was incredibly rude. Pushing the sale way too hard. We bought some soap (pre wrapped). Saw something else we wanted instead... Soap and receipt still in hand... Asked to swap... Told "NO". Customer service = Zero!
C	Chloe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same story as Paul, they pretend their soaps are "naturals" but once home I've seen that most of their ingredients are not good nor natural, for example different types of sulfate in one soap made for sensitive skins plus loads of allergens. 38€ for 2 stupid soaps I can't even use, I really feel scammed and I'm baffled by their false advertisement!!
S	Sandra W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went there for a browse , after 20 seconds a lady approached me giving me a super fake sales pitch rambling about how good her products were, she told me that the large bars of soap were inspired by the nature and also for hair but when i took a look at the ingredients isaw a lot of synthetic ingredients SLS ! not inclusive at all when it comes to hair types, only had 2 types of soap i could use for my hair texture. dissappointed but not surprised and very overpriced for something you dont know is going to work for you!
m	m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an Aloe Vera soap 3 days ago, recommended by a seller in a shop in Brussels. She said it was a shampoo and a soap to wash face and body - all in one. She added that I should keep the soap on my skin (face) longer because it 's good for the skin. I tried - it seemed to be too strong, the smell and the reaction of my skin, it was irritating and aggressive, not for sensitive skin for sure! An impression of putting an alcohol on my skin. I washed my hair also with the same soap. The next day - I needed to wash it again... Then I read what's there inside - ingridients of this "Nature on your skin" and I discovered: SLS! I trusted that it's all natural, no aggressive chemistry inside, and I bought almost 300 g of the soap because there was no smaller (cheaper) option... The seller told me that it would last for 4-6 months, WOW! I was happy to have a shampoo for 6 months. And here I am, with the soap for 6 months that will end up probably to wash my hands only... BTW, on the website it's not mentioned that this glycerin soap is a shampoo also, why? The seller was very convincing, a bit too much... So I can repeat what few people wrote here already: "Soaps are said natural by the seller but once home I discover that although it's paraben free (proudly put forward on their products), their liquid soap contains : SLS and Methylisothiazolinone ! Methylisothiazolinone is much more harmful than paraben. Really disappointed. Is there not a way to avoid these ingredients ?".

We stopped at the shop in Brussels and we were met by this lovely girl who gave us a lot of informations regarding the products and what works best for us. Customer service was more than excellent! Super friendly and smiling, we are definitely coming back again after this fabulous experience! :D

I wanted to thank Giuditta for explaining to me the different benefits diverse products plus she was particularly nice and we do need more people like her. ? Really liked the decoration and the cosy feeling of the shop. Definitely worth the stop !

You presented the product fantastically with enthusiasm and specifics. your ability to suggest other products to go with what I thought of was also thoughtful. I say this is of the best customer service I have ever experienced in Belgium. Bubbles at Home are lucky to have you. I am a permanent customer because of this experience today. Today I came to this lovey shop in the center of Brussels to find a gift during my lunch. I happen to have had products from this brand before.
