★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais garage : surfacturent leurs prestations, ne sont pas à l’écoute du client et n’ont aucune flexibilité. À déconseiller vivement : j’aurais payé moins du quart du prix chez mon garagiste local !!!
Après demande de contact du garage suite à mon mauvais commentaire, le responsable Jaffar Ghiouar, persiste dans sa façon de procéder à mon égard.
Je confirme et réitère encore plus vivement mon commentaire : l’image de la société Skoda Jennès prime sur la qualité de contact et de satisfaction du client.
Pratiques peu commerciales et surtout orientées profit sur le dos du client !!!
Very bad garage: overcharge their services, do not listen to the customer and have no flexibility. Strongly discouraged: I would have paid less than a quarter of the price at my local mechanic!!!
After requesting contact from the garage following my bad comment, the manager Jaffar Ghiouar persists in his way of proceeding with me.
I confirm and reiterate my comment even more strongly: the image of the Skoda Jennès company takes precedence over the quality of contact and customer satisfaction.
Uncommercial practices and above all profit-oriented on the back of the customer !!!
