★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enorme wachttijden bij problemen, service is ondermaats... verkopen is één ding, erna klanten verderhelpen lukt niet - de naam VW onwaardig, 4 dagen wachten op info en dan weten ze nog niet wanneer een simpel geblokkeerd stuurslot kan hersteld of naar gekeken worden... schande!
 Huge waiting times in case of problems, service is substandard ... selling is one thing, afterwards helping customers further is not possible - unworthy of the VW name, waiting 4 days for information and then they don't know when a simple blocked steering lock can be repaired or looked at. .. shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne connaissais pas ce garage, je suis venu de manière totalement imprévue pour un problème de pression de pneu, il s'avérait que c'était juste un petit clou. Le service a été très rapide, très aimable, accueillant tant par téléphone que sur place.
Ils m'ont fait un geste commercial: de bon matin, ça fait super plaisir! Un grand merci pour votre service à toute l'équipe VW Jennes Machelen.
Désormais, je viendrai faire tous mes entretiens chez vous :)
I did not know this garage, I came totally unexpectedly with a problem with the tire pressure, it turns out it was just a small nail. The service was very fast, very friendly, welcoming both by phone and on site.
They made me a gesture of goodwill: early in the morning, it's really nice! A big thank you for your service to the whole VW Jennes Machelen team.
From now on, I will come to do all my interviews with you :)
