Livraison et raccordement paye en plus. Tout devais bien sûr être payé en avance, la livraison a été faite avec beaucoup de retard; le livreur monteur n’avait jamais fait de montage et à monter notre sauna de la mauvaise façon. Le mucrosalt et les 50 cartouches ne nous sont toujours pas livrés nous sommes le 17 juin 2021. Sans l’intervention très professionnel de mr Loison physiotherm France, notre cabine n’aurait jamais pu fonctionner, il nous a aider auprès de physiotherm Autriche et est venu refaire l’installation complète de notre sauna, La direction et le personnel de servipool.be, sont très fort à la vente et peu scrupuleux d’être très incompétent et voleur. J’espère que personne ne pourra par le futur se faire voler par cette société incompétente. In 2019, at a trade fair I bought from the company servipool: 1 double infrared relax cabin with dual control 1 microsalt prox and 50 cartridges. Delivery and connection pay extra. Everything had of course to be paid in advance, the delivery was made very late; the delivery man had never edited and set up our sauna the wrong way. The mucrosalt and the 50 cartridges have still not been delivered to us, we are on June 17, 2021. Without the very professional intervention of Mr. Loison physiotherm France, our cabin would never have been able to function, he helped us with physiotherm Austria and came to redo the complete installation of our sauna, The management and staff of servipool.be, are very good at selling and unscrupulous for being very incompetent and thief. I hope that no one will be able to be robbed in the future by this incompetent society.

Bref enchanté de notre achat !
