If you want to learn the secrets of Indian cooking while having a good time, in a very relaxed environment, I strongly recommend her classes. The tips and tricks I learnt are full proof and taste of food was out of this world.

We learned so much about spices, technical details to enhance or tune the flavours, and other secrets to get to understand better Indian dishes. Super recommended if you want to get to know the huge variety of Indian dishes. The atmosphere of the class was also super nice and Sanjha is a complete expert in her cuisine. We missed being more engaged in the class to actually get to cook the stuff by ourselves. Thanks a lot!
