★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A brand new friterie which opened two weeks ago. Serviceable and friendly staff. The 'Bintje' fries are very good, but cut a tad too small, in reference to the Belgian fries gold standard. Potatoes come from a local farmer, and are prepared manually in house. The veggie variant (Sweet potatoes and vegetal oil) is a unusual and good surprise.
Excellent tasty sauces (most of these are handmade - mayo, ketchup come from another local craftsman).
The drawback: both potatoes offers have the same size of fries, and this size is too small. The owners are aware of this for now. We will see how things go later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really tasty fries. Absolutely delicious. Really different from those you can get from the generic fritcots around the city. The artisanal-aspect of how they do things is felt in both the fries and the sauces they use. I tried the truffe-sauce. It was fantastic! Try this if you are looking for good fries in BXL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i can't believe i are the whole thing! the fries were so good, made to order! i had the chipotle sauce (which wasn't my favorite) and the basil mayo (delicious!). they had plenty of options & the entire place was clean and very cute!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fries are great with homemade ketchup. Ordered vegan burger - buns are fried veggies (delicious) but not a fan of the 'patty' due to too much cabbage and greasiness. Service was ok and staffs are friendly.
