W	Wahbi Fatnassi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai ramené mon fils qui est moins de 5 ans pour l'examiner. Il a les pilules dans son dos, le vomis après chaque repas, vertiges, douleurs dans les oreilles. Alors après 4 heures d'attente, l'infirmier m'a dit pourquoi venir ici, ce n'est pas urgent, fallait le ramener à son médecin traitant !! Je lui est dit il a la nausée et il se plaint des douleurs. Non ce n'est pas de très important pour nous et donnes le dafalgon ou Nérophene ! Je lui est dit, sans voir le pédiatre ! Il m'a dit si tu veux attendre beaucoup parce que le médecin est occupé !! Je retourne chez moi. Le lendemain je l'ai ramené à un médecin de garde et c'est avéré qu'il a un otite et la rougeole !!! Imaginez l'indifférence de cet infirmier et son manque d'incompétence !! Je tolère ça si le patient est une personne majeure mais prendre les choses à la légère pour un enfant malade de presque 5 ans !! C'est inexplicable et intolérable !! Du jamais vu. Trop trop déçue. I brought my son who is under 5 to check it out. He has the pills in his back, throws it up after every meal, dizziness, pain in his ears. So after 4 hours of waiting, the nurse told me why come here, it's not urgent, he had to take him back to his doctor!! I told him he was nauseous and complaining of pain. No it's not very important for us and give the dafalgon or Nérophene! I told him, without seeing the pediatrician! He told me if you want to wait a lot because the doctor is busy!! I'm going back home. The next day I brought him back to a doctor on duty and it turned out that he has an ear infection and measles!!! Imagine the indifference of this nurse and his lack of incompetence!! I tolerate that if the patient is an adult, but take things lightly for a sick child of almost 5 years old!! It is inexplicable and intolerable!! Never seen. Too too disappointed.

Est une des pires choses que je n'ai jamais entendue. Pour plus de contexte, cette personne avait besoin de la dite prise de sang afin de savoir si un traitement symptomatique était encore possible. grumble in front of the patient in palliative care by saying I quote "is it really necessary to still take blood tests at home??!!" Is one of the worst things I've ever heard. For more context, this person needed said blood test to find out if symptomatic treatment was still possible.

They could ve waited till morning, till he actually can find a train back home where he can treat himself from severe stomach pain that they failed to treat or even diagnose !! Shame , really shame
