★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In general small hospital with all services but regarding urgences/ a&e terrible service sitting here since hours and after asking 2 times when the doctor will come a doctor came, I am here as a patient I don't need to tell a doctor when he needs to come I am waiting, they need to do their job and come, it's not even free, I will pay the services so they better start doing what they are being paid for.

He offered to continue the conversation in EN, seeing that I was struggling in FR, and not only did he give complete picture about the invoice details and so on, but he also provided additional info on payment possibilities. He took the time to listen to what I had to say and tried to come up with a solution that would fit both parties involved.
He was more than helpful, I believe it was one of the most pleasant conversations I have ever had with people working in that environment.
