Nous avons reçu une seule proposition et comme seul document, une feuille imprimée A4 avec deux lignes : la date, les heures de départ et les viles de départ et d'arrivée. Très déçu.
Badly received! The lady was uncomfortable and unfriendly. We needed advice and suggestions for a planned family trip. We received only one proposal and as a single document, an A4 printed sheet with two lines: the date, the departure times and the departure and arrival lines. Very disappointed.
