Vos vendeurs devraient être mieux formés sur les notions de BASE concernant le parfum car c'est essentiellement ce que vous vendez.
Je savais exactement ce que je voulais mais la vendeuse a insisté pour me proposer son aide ( commission ?). Pourquoi pas après tout, madame est surement compétante. Je lui ai alors dit chercher des notes boisées/ de cuir.... La vendeuse fait mine de savoir exactement ce qu'il me faut cependant elle ne m'as proposé que des parfums très fleuris et sucrés...écœurants. Sois tout autre chose que ma demande.
Autre chose...Soyez élégant et vous serrez directement orientez vers la gamme la plus chère de tout le magasin. Le gain rapide passe avant le service de qualité.
La faute est évidemment attribuée à Ritual, C'est bien vous qui êtes responsables de la formation (ou non) de vos employés.

Your salespeople should be better trained in the BASICS of perfume because that is essentially what you are selling.
I knew exactly what I wanted but the saleswoman insisted on offering me her help (commission?). Why not after all, Madam is surely competent. I then told her to look for woody / leather notes .... The saleswoman pretends to know exactly what I need however she only offered me very flowery and sweet perfumes ... disgusting. Be something completely different from my request.
Something else ... Be elegant and you squeeze straight to the most expensive range in the whole store. Quick wins come before quality service.
The fault is obviously attributed to Ritual, it is you who are responsible for the training (or not) of your employees.
