This is a huge department store where usually you are welcome by their staff which is well trained and on top of that, you can take the time to let your imagination fly free as you would have the choice. Lots of logistics facilities like covered parking and locations are well placed around the city...

I like inno but the experience with the cashier people was not so good , I purchased some men articles on 23th for a Christmas present and brought them back afterwards since they wasn't fitting my partner, however I brought them back for an exchange at the caisse a guy took care of myself tried to deduct them from my bill, he was not able to do it since from what he told was a pc bugging however I said , there might be an another solution right ? He contacted his colleague (just to mention that it was the time 10 minutes before store closing ) and that young lady gave a try as well, after several minutes she said the same, i cant make the exchange, i did say nothing since in my mind it was apte to them to figure out so i just want the exchange) the time she tried in her pc to check on my issue took 10 minutes so at 7pm.she looked at her watch took her back and left , basically i was in front of the caisse awaiting , behind myself more 5 people waited to pay too, so now i was asked myself who's taking care off this ??? The first guy came back and asked me did got solved? I said are you kidding me ?? He called another colleague which seems more senior and solved calmly the problem in 3 minutes ..So what i want to mention is that the first young lady needs to learn some customers service and dont leave like this when a client and plus 5 more waiting at the caisse to pay and you leave without saying nothing while clients waiting there. At least it was more professional to say guys sorry i am not able to fix it , i contacted manger she/ he is on the way you as client know what to expect but she super relaxed took her back and left .. Inno much appreciated if you can invest in some trainings on your employees first , will make difference for the people spend a lot of money in your stores .Thanks

I bought a Seiko watch, unfortunately it was scratched and I didn't see it during the purchased, I observed the scratched later on and return to Inno in Brussel. I asked the sales representative for Seiko if she can see any special things with my watch, but she didn't find any scratch, I showed her the scratch and told her that i also didn't observe during the purchase. she didn't cooperate and had no correct behaving also other sales representatives came together and start arguing me. I thought INNO is big market who sales the quality materials ane's having professional staff, but I was wrong, I am not buying back from INNO and my advice for others is to careful during your purchases.

While shopping in year 2021 Oct. I came across very racist staff telling me to go back to my home country, after I was very straightforward telling her that she was rude and impolite with her service. I am happy the matter is with DPP’s office and UNIA in Brugge, Belgium. I am just wondering if the staffs go through professional training since they have direct contact with customers. This staff who was not only impolite, rude and racist shows the level of professionalism existing in INNO. It’s a shame the manager of the shop did not bother to apologise. Racist INNO Galeria.

Standard department store. A bit old fashioned, but you can find wide selection of items- homeware, cosmetics, clothes, electronics. Probably, the largest in Brussels

INNO is a megastore spanning 6 floors. You'll find just about anything here, but the main focus is on clothes (women, men and children) and apparel from most major designer brands: shoes, perfumery, watches and jewelry, travel accessories, kitchen and home apparel. INNO is convenient because you'll find nearly everything under one roof (including a restaurant Lunch Garden and Mediamarkt, a major electronic and multimedia discounter), but at the same time prices tend to be higher than buying at other discount stores or specialised retailers. The interior is however a bit claustrophobic due to low ceilings and the interior design shows it's age. INNO is an ideal visit when it's raining and you want to continue your sheltered shopping, but if you're looking for the best deal you'll need to compare prices. Another option to get better deals is to apply for the free INNO loyalty card.
