Pathetic service with racial discrimination.. avoid that place. The staff thinks they do a favour on the customers, in fact they need to know that their salaries are dependent on the customers..

If I could give a -1 for service I would! I had a €5 voucher that the store refused to use because my purchase was less than €40. However the voucher doesn't state a minimum purchase. They told me there was nothing they could do about it because of their system. They told me I had to contact customer service. I asked them to contact the service themselves because the mistake was from Rituals' part, not mine. They refused saying I had to do it, when I told them that it wasn't customer friendly at all, they replied saying they were understaffed. They were three staff members in the shop and only around 3 customers. On top of that the staff isn't bilingual at all, can't speak one word of Flemish/Dutch which is NOT okay for Brussels. Also the staff and the store manager are rude to clients and lazy! I had to wait minutes for help, the manager was just walking around in the store with her bag on her shoulder like she didn't belong there, another staff member was arrogant and always had a mocking grin on her face when customers would disagree with her. Staff like this make a bad name for the brand!

Worst customer service ever! The cashier just continued chatting to her colleague while scanning my products. Listening to me or even looking at me was too much to ask, apparently. Finally I had to WAVE to get her attention because I had asked her something 3 times already and she just wasn't listening to me. Chatting with her colleague was more important than helping a customer.

Their products are great, but I find the store experience terrible due to their aggressive and manipulative marketing techniques. They often lure you into the shop for a drink or with a scratch card where you only get the "gift" if you spend a minimum amount. It is impossible to spend 5 minutes in the shop without being addressed at least 3 times. And then when you ask a question, they only show you the most expensive product.
