★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collection is unique and good. Winter season sale is really good on winter wears as well as on summer wears.
Very nice collection for women's but not much for men's clothing.
Must visit and try you luck. We got lots of good deals. There are 2 showrooms both have very nice collection.
Showroom near c&a is very big and has lots of collection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product quality is same as all other H&Ms, not bad, not too expensive. But this place has a huge variety. Long lines dressing room. Occasionally busy. Overall, if you have time and you want to save some money, its a good place for clothes shopping

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is so bad. I was looking at a jumper i really liked on a mannequin and the sales person came to ask me not to touch it. Imagine that, aren't they supposed to be selling clothes? how is that a good customer service practice?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like H&M but the sales persons in this very shop could be more friendly. I visit Brussels very often and as a foreigner I do tax-free after my shopping everywhere. Usually the procedure is like this: you pay for all the goods you selected and then according to the overall price you identify whether you can do tax free or not. I do it for so many years in so many countries. But the sales persons in this shop said that I supposed to let them know in advance that I will want tax free. The lady at the cash desk made this statement and she was supported by her colleague. They refused to do tax free ,but when I insisted, she called someone from the management or finance and she was explained how to do tax free. Nevertheless, even after doing so she told me that next time I have to let them know in advance if I want to do tax free. Generally her tone was rude and pointing, and when I said that I have never had such problems she said "in this shop it is like this!". I think if the store applies some different from others rules, then it should some how notify the clients about it. There could be some sign on the wall that if you want to make tax free, let the sales assistant to know this in advance. Secondly, I generally do not accept that someone speaks with me like this in the shop where I spend money. I was in the store on 16 December around 2 pm.
