★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren hier mittags, aber leider wurden die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Wir hatten uns für Steak Bearnaise für zwei Personen mit Gemüse und frische Fritten als Beilage entschieden. Als Vorspeise hatten wir die Tagessuppe. Die Suppe war in Ordnung, das Fleisch ebenfalls, aber die Fritten waren innen matschig, aussen bitter braun. Das Gemüse war schlicht müde, womöglich von vorgestern. Die Küche sollte sich mehr Mühe geben.
 We went here for lunch but unfortunately expectations were not met. We opted for steak bearnaise for two with vegetables and fresh fries as a side dish. As a starter we had the soup of the day. The soup was okay, and so was the meat, but the fries were mushy on the inside and bitter brown on the outside. The vegetables were simply tired, possibly from the day before yesterday. The kitchen should try harder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superbe! It's a hidden gem - a typical belgian Brasserie in the city center, affordable price, excellent excellent food (quality and quantity!), clean place and amazing service. I had the spare ribs with side salad: spare ribs were exceptional taste and portion, salad was not your regular salad - full of effort to prepare it and tasty! Definitely recommend it to anyone in Antwerp (my Belgian boyfriend agrees)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent little restaurant at the edge of the city centre. Great onion soup and cheese croquettes. The filet mignon with béarnaise and the filet americain were even better. Everything is ready made on demand with fresh ingredients. The Flemish fries were simply to die for. This little adorable place cannot get enough good reviews. Such a delight to be away from the tourist traps. Certainly worth a visit. The one lady working the restaurant is amazing and very friendly and her husband in the kitchen is amazing too, judging from the output of his kitchen. Also worth noting: the sound levels here are excellent. Finally a restaurant that does not want you deaf at the end of your meal. Will certainly visit again next time we come to Antwerp.
