★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très Mauvais service. 45 minutes pour être servi et pourtant seulement 4 personnes devant moi. Mais ce n'est pas tout ! Je m'y suis rendu pour une résiliation de contrat, je ramène donc mes appareils ( b-box et modem) et une semaine après je reçois un mail disant que je n'ai pas rendu ces appareils et qu'une facture allait être envoyée. Clairement un manque de professionnalisme !!! Je comptais revenir chez Proximus suite à un déménagement mais la je doute beaucoup!
 Very bad service. 45 minutes to be served and yet only 4 people in front of me. But that's not all ! I went there for a contract termination, so I bring back my devices (b-box and modem) and a week later I receive an email saying that I have not returned these devices and that an invoice was going to be sent . Clearly a lack of professionalism !!! I was planning to return to Proximus following a move, but I very much doubt it!

montrer) ... EUHHH ils font le café, non mais...
J'étais liée à un abonnement travail et il m'a laissé me débrouiller.
Magasin à fuire si on n'est pas jeune !!! Quoique aller où ??? Regrette d'avoir choisi Proximus !!!

show) ... EUHHH they make the coffee, no but ...
I was tied to a work subscription and he let me fend for myself.
Store to avoid if you are not young !!! Well where to go ??? I regret having chosen Proximus !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst costumer service ever! I have been trying to contact them because my Bill is twice the value I should pay. I have been in the physics store in Louvaine la Neuve and "the systeme is broke" so they can not give an answer. I try to call and they let me waiting for more than 15 minutes and never answer. I even have tried to contact them by facebook, and of course, they have not been able to solve my problem. It is so unfair and so unrespectuful.
I'm seriously thinking turning to the competition. Maybe they will value me as a client....
