 Customer service very bad. The seller is unfriendly and unpleasant. I recommend you to go to another point of sale if you have the possibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'y ai enregistré ma prépayée avant la date limite...ils m'ont qd-même coupé la carte, j'ai dû y retourner pour faire 2x la même chose, le jeune vendeur est bien plus correcte que le vieu fat ;)
I registered my prepaid there before the deadline ... they qd cut the card myself, I had to go back to do 2x the same thing, the young seller is much more correct than the old fat; )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si je continue à aller chez Base à Louvain la Neuve, c'est surtout lié à l'extrême gentillesse des vendeurs. Suis plus sensible à cela qu'à l'operateur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pour vendre un portable à 600 euros ils sont forts...mais j’ai rapporté mon portable après 3 mois (sans la moindre griffe) car il ne s’allumait plus’ ils ont prétexté une chute de celui-ci et quelques traces d’usures ....si je voulais le récupérer je devais payer le devis!!!???
2 mauvaises expériences....service 0
To sell a laptop to 600 euros they are strong ... but I brought my laptop after 3 months (without the slightest claw) because it did not light up any more they pretended a fall of it and some traces of 'usures .... if I wanted to recover it I had to pay the quote !!! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un conseiller dont le but est uniquement de faire du chiffre !!! Prêt a mentir sur les offres pour attirer des nouveaux clients, une HONTE. Renseignements pris auprès du numéro d'aide de Base: "ah non c'est faux , cette offre n'est pas juste, c'est une erreure" Dès la première offre intéressante , nous quittons BASE.
An advisor whose goal is only to make numbers !!! Willing to lie about offers to attract new customers, a SHAME. Information obtained from the Basic help number: "oh no, it's not true, this offer is not fair, it's a mistake" From the first interesting offer, we leave BASE.
