★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a mobile online and after a month it didnt work i went there to complain but they said i needed a bewijs i showed the paper but according to them its not enough and i had to cantact klantdienst . I contacted them and they sent me the same paper . After calling proximus so many times they say that the paper i have is enough but here they say its not enough .. they know very wel how to give trouble to people. Funny part is , they can get excess in my proximus but they cannot help me. How strange ? Can you give your explanation to this? Sometimes saying sorry is not enough..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store two weeks ago to get Telephone line takeover application processed. The guys there were very unhelpful and didn't care if we get served or not. I rang the customer service and they told me i can get the application processed in the shop immediately. The guys including the manger with blonde hairs at the business section there didn't care if we get helped or not because their supervisor or boss wouldn't say anything as we are not locals/native. whereas Customer service on the phone continues to tell me to go to the shop but the people in the shop are so unhelpful + careless to non natives, as if we are not human beings or not worth of being a customer. I advise to take the staff to Anglophone countries (US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia) and see how customers from diverse background are helped not shoved off without any help.
