We went here to get a subscription for our new apartment and they handled the administration so poorly, we waited weeks for internet and TV and had multiple calls with the client service who couldn't tell us where it went wrong, when in the end it turned out it went wrong at the initial request. The client service had to cancel everything and restart the process, after which it was done within the week. Terrible service in this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man at the counter was watching a football game on the tv when we entered and we interrupted him, so maybe that is the reason he was so incredibly bad-mannered.
He refused to give me any information about the Internet fares and was unbelievably rude to me.
Worst customer experience ever.
