To buy a phone or take out a subscription, that's great. On the other hand, for technical information, this is clearly not the place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achat d'un téléphone neuf défectueux fin octobre, celui-ci est parti en réparation le 20 octobre, revenu le 2 novembre, toujours défectueux. Changement de carte sim, vérification du numéro chez proximus . Toujours en panne. Il repart le 17 novembre en réparation. Il revient fin du mois.....toujours en panne....remplacement du téléphone conseillé par proximus mais refusé par le magasin et nouvelle proposition de réparation ?!??! Magasin proximus indépendant à éviter.
Purchase of a new defective phone at the end of October, it went for repair on October 20, returned on November 2, still defective. Change of sim card, number verification at proximus. Still down. He left on November 17 for repairs. He comes back at the end of the month ..... still out of order .... replacement of the telephone recommended by proximus but refused by the store and new repair proposal?! ??! Independent proximus store to be avoided.
