★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendeuse très agréable au téléphone me disant que je pouvais venir échanger 1 cadeau reçu non déballé même si c est 1 coffret maquillage (d où ma raison de l appel avant déplacement) et la responsable m a tout simplement reçue de manière désagréable en regardant à peine le coffret et en me remballant sans aucune possibilité d échange malgré mes tickets à l appui et le coffret intact (avec possibilité de l offrir à quelqu un d autre m a t elle dit ou de l utiliser car c etait du bon maquillage...)....Quand on ne commande pas en ligne mais qu on va dans un magasin c est également pour le service et là je ne le recommande pas !
Very pleasant saleswoman on the phone telling me that I could come and exchange 1 gift received not unwrapped even if it is 1 make-up box (hence my reason for the call before traveling) and the manager simply received me in an unpleasant way, barely looking at the box and by repacking me without any possibility of exchange despite my supporting tickets and the box intact (with the possibility of offering it to someone else, she says or using it because it was good makeup ...). ..When you do not order online but go to a store, it is also for the service and here I do not recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendeuses très agréables et attentionnées. Le magasin est bien rangé et tenu. Dommage qu'il ne soit pas plus visible dans la galerie. Planet Parfum est moins cher que PARIS XL et les conseils y sont meilleurs en + des vendeuses plus agréables.
Very pleasant and attentive saleswomen. The store is tidy and kept. Too bad it is not more visible in the gallery. Planet Parfum is less expensive than PARIS XL and the advice is better there plus the more pleasant sales assistants.
