Au lieu d'être honnête et de me dire qu'il n'y avait plus ma taille on m'a donné une taille 38 que j'ai essayé en pensant que c'était du 37, que je n'ai finalement pas prise évidemment puisqu'elle était trop grande. Vouloir vendre à tout prix leur aura fait perdre une cliente !
I went there asking for a size 37. Instead of being honest and telling me that there was no longer my size I was given a size 38 that I tried thinking it was 37, which I finally did not take obviously since it was too big. Wanting to sell at all costs will have lost a customer!

Je ne comprends pas comment on peut laisser une telle personne gérer cette enseigne.
Le vendeur n'ont pas envie de travailler et ne sont pas pro du tout aucun sens commercial.
J'ai voulu utiliser des chèques cadeaux via mes mails je n ai pas pu le faire à Charleroi j ai du aller à Nivelles ou la je n ai eu aucun problème pour les utiliser et ils sont beaucoup plus sympa.

The manager super unpleasant and was already when he was downtown.
I don't understand how we can let such a person manage this sign.
The seller does not want to work and is not pro at all, no business sense.
I wanted to use gift vouchers via my emails I couldn't do it in Charleroi I had to go to Nivelles where I had no problem using them and they are much nicer.
