Fast delivery. No missing items. Delicious, quality food. What more can anyone ask for?

Good pizza's and friendly staff. Always had to wait 20 minutes but thats ok for a pizza. You can order them or go and pick them up. There is a little bit of space to eat them there but I won't suggest that.

Friendly employees, delivery on the dot, and food hot at delivery, keep going......

This is the most ‘’unreliable’’ and ‘’inflexible’’ experience I’ve ever had in my life with purchase here! My first time to order Pizza hut in Antwerp Belgium and it was really disappointed the way they handle it, I would say it Definitely would not be happened in my country’s branch. Here’s the story, Today I’ve order Duo menu which included medium size pizza and 4 chicken wings with two drinks to choose(value 18.95 euro), after the payment I noticed there’s an information board aside which I didn’t see in the first place and mention that if you ‘’have ‘’ student card you can get the promotion price like all flavor medium pizza can be choosed it’s only 6.95 euro each one, I suddenly ‘’realized’’ and asked the staff if possible I want to change this deal since I’m a student for sure, and wish to cancel the drink then my ‘’4’’ chicken wings can be just like order for extra(Then they can change 6 wings for me since 4 it’s no for single sale on menu- and it’s for 5 euro), this way will only 11.95 for total I have pay and they could return to me the ‘’difference’’ for 7 euro, but the story comes out, one staff told me, ‘’sorry this is not gonna possible since all the meal are inside the ‘’oven’’, everything’s ready(but actually only pizza and wings..) So he said he couldn’t change the purchase anymore. But actually the ‘’item’’ I want still the same, you can absolutely cancel the deal and type the new one for me, there’s no need to prepare again the meal(only to put ‘’two’’ wings in my box, I’m no hurry for waiting, is that very difficult? in my country when something like this happen it always works, but unfortunately they Are VERY ‘’Unflexible’’ in here so in the end I lost my 7 euro for total which I could be save if they understood. I was VERY unsatisfied for everything what happened in this store when I first time visited.

Great bargain on takeout pizza every Tuesday. Only 5.95 euro if you order online. I ordered a tuna pizza and it was not bad! But a bit too salty. Ready for pickup in 15 minutes on a Tuesday afternoon. The lady was kind and quick to correct my order on the phone. Hope they would add vegan options soon like domino pizza !
