★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When in Antwerp, this restaurant is an absolute must. It is the most reputable kosher restaurant over there, probably even the most respected one all over Europe. But be aware: they do not actually serve Mediterranean food, their kitchen is rather Galician, East European. Which means good and solid and sometimes a little strong.
However, even if you do not like substantial food you should come there. The Hoffman brothers and their staff are very cheerful people. Even having only, let's say, a glass of wine or a cup of coffee will brighten your mood. Substantially. The Hoffy's is good entertainment, indeed. It's a stereotyped and banal saying but it is true: you'll come as a stranger and leave as a friend. I really had a good time there. U wordt bedankt voor een avond gezelligheid, beste heren!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the most incredible Kosher food I have ever had the pleasure of eating. Incredible ambiance, mixed with personable waiters that truly give you an absolutely phenomenal dining experience. 10/10 would recommend, you would have to be a moron to not give this place a taste.

Walkable distance from centre of Antwerp. This restaurant is situated in a quieter neighborhood. They have a huge display in the front area of all the kosher food they serve. You will also find Hoffy brothers (owners) dressed in their absolutely unique Jewish clothes. The restaurant has various Jewish scriptures hung in the walls and the interiors in tones of white and golden is very pleasing to eyes.
We ordered the "Kennismaken Menu" or the get acquainted with Jewish food platter. The food was very unique and incomparable to any other cuisines I have had before.
