★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a costomer to your company I made an order of cream on 02/05/2019 to be delivered in Meaux , France. my order number is QJZKIVNUW. You sent me an update that the oder is ready to be collected in the delivery center. I have gone there to collect my order but they said they have not yet received it. I have there 5 times and have not received my order whereas you sent me an update that the order has been delivered to the collecting center. the delivery center is TABAC LE COLBERT, 6 PLACE COLBERT, FR- 77100 MEAUX, FRANCE. I have not received my order and I am running out of patience. I have sent you nan email but you did not reply till this hour. I want you to do something about this as soon as possible. waiting for your prompt respond. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service, ordered for 100+ Euro and was told that there was a bug on the site due to which all the orders have been erased but they got it fine. A few days later when I called back, they told me that the order has been shipped but they couldn't give me a tracking number because of the bug. I waited about a week and still nothing has arrived. I called back today and their number is out of use(Proximus error message)!! I'd give 0 star if I could!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased their "VIP" card but never received it (physically nor digitally). Have been writing emails to them but never got any reply. It's almost pointless to call as they only speak French and trying to communicate in English or Dutch is impossible. So I do not advice anyone purchasing anything from them, you are not guaranteed to receive what you have ordered, even though you have already paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a real disaster. Totally incompetent management. The Belgian founders enrich themselves at the expense of the shareholders.
A 10 MEUR bond financing in the form of convertible bonds (with ABO) resulted into a 99% drop of the share price.
It should be forbidden for companies like this to be publicly traded.
