Vandaag 23 juli annuleren ze alles en storten ze het geld terug. Technische problemen !!! Veel tijd verloren. Op de website staan ze wel degelijk om te kunnen bestellen. Grote schande.
On July 10 I ordered 6 pots of Tegreen. Called 2 times where my order was. They give me a phone number that is constantly busy. Today, July 23, they cancel everything and refund the money. Technical problems !!! Lost a lot of time. They are on the website to be able to order. Great shame.

On m'a donné une adresse mail où écrire. Là on ne m'a pas répondu. J'ai menacé de porter plainte et alors on m'a remboursé intégralement en prétextant que ces produits n'étaient plus disponibles. Beaucoup de temps perdu. Là encore, le Covid a bon dos...
I placed an order for multiple items and paid through Paypal. The site was malfunctioning and ultimately did not give me any acknowledgment of receipt of my order. I called. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je vous ai appelé cette semaine 3fois pour vous demander si vous êtes ouvert le dimanche 2janvier pour faire un test antigène parce-que demain je voyage et vous m'avez répondu que vous serez ouvert toute la journée et que je peux passer à l'heure que je veux et je suis arrivé à la pharmacie qui était fermé !!!!!!!! Je vous ai appelé et personne a répondu !!!!! C'est vraiment dégueulasse de votre pare . C'est la moindre des choses que je peux dire.

I called you this week 3 times to ask you if you are open on Sunday January 2 to do an antigen test because tomorrow I am traveling and you answered me that you will be open all day and that I can come on time that I want and I arrived at the pharmacy which was closed !!!!!!!! I called you and no one answered !!!!! It is really disgusting to your parents. This is the least I can say.

The man is not professional. My boyfriend and I had both bad experiences. He never asks for the mutuel but charge you full price. We used to go here because we lice just in the same building. Now I prefer to go further but feeling for secure.
