★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so happy I found this place. It really works your muscles and I see improvement after 3 sessions already. Be ready to be in a lot of pain after the first session. Maybe train hard for a few weeks before you start, but even then you will fell it the first time. Great solution for back pain also

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The training is ok. But really expensive compared to Germany (triple price for the same service). What is not exaptable is that they are simply sometimes not reachable. There is a central number, but during opening hours you might reach nobody for hours. The app does not work for me. I gave up after trying to install it 3 times. That you can not schedule a training is an absolute no go. It takes so much time to organize, for somebody who is having a foreseeable schedule it might be ok, but for anybody else a nightmare to work with them. They got a prepayment but it will be really difficult not to loose this money
