Plusieurs personnes autour de moi m'ont parlé du Pearle city 2. J’étais venue un samedi et c’était bientôt la fermeture ils ont pris le temps de me trouver une monture qui me convient sans me presser. Chokran !

Pearle, les escrocs de la pire espece 50 euros pour une paire de lunettes de soleil dont les vis tiennent 2 jours. Quand je vais faire reparer, on me dit que c'est ma faute si c'est plié ( alors que c'était juste les vis). ci-joint des photos avant/après reparation par mes soins. trouver le petit tournevis aura été le plus dur. temps total de travail: 30 secondes. PS: j'aurais mis 0 étoiles si je pouvais
Pearle, crooks of the worst kind 50 euros for a pair of sunglasses with screws that last 2 days. When I go to have it repaired, I am told that it is my fault if it is bent (when it was just the screws). Attached photos before / after repair by me. finding the small screwdriver was the hardest part. total working time: 30 seconds. PS: I would have put 0 stars if I could

Encore si c’était possible de ne pas mettre d’étoiles je l’aurais fait. Gérant très désagréable, profiteur, malhonnête, menteur professionnel et surtout bo-parleur. Il fait semblant de traiter vos demandes, tel qu’une demande à l’assurance pour un échange de verre de lunettes récemment acheté. Ne souhaite même pas vous dépanner avec des échantillons de lentille journalière (interdite de vente) en cas de dépannage suite à un déchirement de lentille, alr que vous êtes client chez lui et payez correctement vos lentilles mensuelles. Un arabe, un magouilleur, malhonnête qui se prend de haut. C tout ce qu’il est. Je ne reviendrais jamais auprès de ce service!!

The worst ever. 1. I bought glasses and lenses. She said the date to pick them up and adopt lenses. I told her I can't come that day. She said that any day after that date and time is ok. When I went back one day after the designated day, the manager said that I came the wrong date and time and asked me to come back later. 2. Furthermore, They wrote "divers" in the invoice for lenses instead of lenses. So, the insurance company refused to refund it. I asked for changing the invoice because I bought lenses for real, the manager refused it. He said it is a package including lenses. I don't understand it. Whatever the package is, what I bought are lenses! It should be in the invoice.

I got my new glasses at this store and I am very happy with them. The service was nice, helpful and professional. Everyone was speaking english. They gave me good advices on which frames suits me the best. This saved me a lot of time and confusion. I am suggesting this store to my friend and family. The overall experience was very good. High standards and excellent customers care.

I went to the Pearle of City2 last month and was pleasantly surprised to see the friendly colleagues of the store. They took their time to explain everything to me because I have a big eye-power and they wanted to make sure I ended up with something great. A week later when I could pick them up I was very happy with my glasses because this is the first time I went for something finer and I liked it. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for professional and accurate information and advice about their glasses. ps. Thank you to the store manager that wanted to make sure I was happy with te results.
