★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in asking for a coffee. This is what I got : a creme brûlée, a small piece of cake, a Belgian chocolate and my coffee. This is what I call extra customer service. A very nice surprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is located just near the train station , my room was quite big and very clean, the bed was very comfortable . Breakfast was amazing . The only issue the hotel doesnt have a private parking .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean hotel. Nice to have a an iron for your clothes. A bit weird that there is no coffee or water boiler for tea in the room. Traveld a lot and this is the first 4star without the possibility of having a cup of coffee or tea in the room.
Next to that, parking is a bit of a hastle but they are working on a parking space below the building I believe.
Last weird thing is dat there is no possibility to reserve a room without a cc. I wanted to pay upfront via booking.com, but even there the only option was to use a cc. Why not ad a debit card?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positives: wellnes area is nice, clean, relaxing, with soothing design, also the gym is decent. Breakfast is of high quality and offers wide selection, except for vegans. Bar is cool and stays open late. Location is great
Negatives: room is nondescript and misses a kettle. Staff isn't overly helpful. Renovations are still going on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely lovely hotel with fantastic service. The decor is modern and tasteful. Anyone who appreciates good interior design and lighting will appreciate this please. Plenty of designer lighting products and quirky interior design. The Epic restaurant is, well, Epic! The food is sublime and the staff are fantastic.
The Jules bar is a relaxed place with a great outdoor yard. We spent most of the evenings outside under the heater. Music in the background and just a wonderful atmosphere. Bar food is restaurant quality. Plenty of drinks options too with some very old wines on offer. Spa are is top quality. All the rooms clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic. Such wide collection and incredible quality of pastries. The freshly cooked eggs and options come out very quickly. Highly recommend this hotel.
