The room was not worth the money It was not finished showerroom smelled terrible the sink was not clean nowere to hang the towels, and the tables by the bed completly usesless.

Lovely setting of peace and serenity, I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a break from the hectic life and a real pamper ♥️

WuWei RIPS PEOPLE OFF – terrible service !! As part of our Team building, my 32 colleagues and I booked a meeting room – including a lunch and drinks, at WuWei Hotel. While the preparations via emails and telephone went quite well, the meeting and lunch we were expecting were truly disappointing and the service during and after the event was awful. Here is a short summary of the most terrible things that we encountered: -We clearly agreed by email for a U-shape seating arrangement to seat 33 people with table. However, when we arrived, there were NO tables and the chairs set up in theatre style. As one chair was missing to seat all 33 people, we asked for one “extra” chair, as well as “extra” plates since they didn’t give us enough. WuWei then assumed that we were more than the number announced and charged our credit card for 38 people, without counting or double checking with us. -They charge our credit card WITHOUT any authorization. We provided them with our credit card details for the payment of the deposit ONLY, and they used them to charge a final bill for 38 people. -Since their assumption was completely false (and impossible, as we are not even 38 employees in our company!), we provided them with a list from the hotel where we stayed in Kortrijk clearly stating that we were 33 people. This did not affect their decision to reimburse us for the wrongly charged amount. -As for the lunch, the dessert we asked for was “cake and fruits”, for which we were charged € 231. Their interpretation of “cake” was pathetic as it was the cheapest Aldi cake available, as well as some biscuits (?!). Charging us € 231 for 1 cake and a handful of biscuits to feed 33 (38 according to them!) people is simply unacceptable. -To say we were still hungry after the “sandwiches” is not an understatement. We had asked half of the sandwiches to be vegetarian. Clearly, they have no idea of what “vegetarian” means, which is ridiculous for people providing a FOOD CATERING SERVICE that is, according to their website, “light, healthy and with lots of vegetables”! We received 1 basket of small sandwiches with meat salad, 1 basket with chicken curry salad, and 1 basket with egg salad. All the sandwiches were swimming in mayonnaise, and vegetables were nowhere to be found. They should update their website to “heavy, greasy, and with lots mayo”. When trying to solve the unjustified charges, we received extremely aggressive and rude responses. In the end, they never changed their position, despite the evidences we provided. DO NOT GO HERE !!! RUDE STAFF AND TERRIBLE SERVICE.

The hotel is overpriced and overrated for what it is. If you go with the minimalist design you can't really hide anything and can't get away with ripped bedsheets or dirty walls. Room was hotter than hell as no air conditioning. Stayed in local Airbnbs and they were higher standard than Wu Wei. Would not recommend.

Very relaxing, nice and quiet. The pool was nice, and it's a great touch that they play music under the water. Dip your ears if you want to hear it. A bit annoying that the bedside tables provide no horizontal surface, makes it impossible to put a glass of water on them.

Dirty, unfriendly staff, poor accessibility, over priced and yes, no hairdryer!!!!! Upon arrival, already the entrance area wasn't pedestrian friendly (only gravel syteet full of holes every where) so for people arriving without cars: yes you are 'wellcome', watch your steps there are water, mud and holes everywhere! The staff at the reception desk didn't help us keeping the main door open (yes we had a lof of stuff to pass the heavy door that keeps on closing). And I had to ask for another badge to lock the locker as apparently there were a lot of electronic badges that didn't work well when tapping on the lockers. The wellness offers limited options of sauna and hammam. Sauna areas were very small. The hammam area was dark and very dirty. So was the swimming pool and the terrace. Be aware thay the restaurant is closed during the day in the afternoon, so we had to opt for sandwiches (15 euro for so so salmon panini) and soup only. Also, the staircases connecting the treatment (massage) area and restaurant were very small and slippery (painted with waterproof paint) and one of guests fell down!!!! We understood it is used to be an old industrial building but couldn't the architect make it more safe by following standard size of a staircase and put better material?! (the length of the stepping area is 17cm instead of 25m!!). Lastly, we had to bring our baby there. We were grateful that they provided a cabine for the baby to sleep. but this cabine is located in the massage area and we had complain from the staff whenever our bany was crying. Well, you cant forve a newborn not to cry!! And you know that babies cry, so why did they put us in a room where everything has to stay calm? In the end we stayed at the cafetaria. We can find better wellness centres in Brussels (for example in Grimbergen and Boetvort). They offer reasonable price, better facilities and restaurant is open all day long. It was our first and last time!

- Quite outdated. Faded glory. Do need to update some facilities. - Breakfast is a total joke. We had to pay 42€ for 6 (small) slices of bread, two eggs, four spoons of yoghurt and a drink. Please do yourself a favour and make sure you have already eaten at home/somewhere else (except if you don't mind wasting money or aren't hungry at all). - Personnel is not customer minded at all. Trust me, I do remain very polite here. - Totally overpriced. Conclusion: Like many others I do not recommand this facility. Shame...

Tldr : Nice concept. Too expensive. Massages were very good. The hôtel needs deep renovation and maintenance. We arrived early afternoon as to enjoy the Spa. The room was ready earlier than expected but we noticed multiples stains on the furniture, the walls and the sheets. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned. After noticing the staff, they immediatly proposed to fix this during our Spa session. Sadly they just rinced the bathtub and that's it. The room was still dirty. We booked 2 anti stress massages but they were under staff that day so it was impossible to have the anti stress massage. The staff lady proposed a nice alternative (different massage) that was very much appreciated by both me and my spouse. The Spa itself has a nice set-up but the installation are not sufficient, not well-tought and cleary in a deteriorated state. The Haman is not included. The hot tub on the terrace is nice but again not well maintained. We don't recommend the Spa. The food at the hôtel restaurant was OK but nothing crazy. I won't consider it as a restaurant or brasserie but more like a back-up alternative if you couldnt find anything in the city. The breakfast was the nail in the coffin : the boiled eggs were cold and not correctly cooked, the coffee stated like dirt water which was surprising with the coffee machine they possess. You can't have a glass for your Juice and have to drink from the individual bottles because the hôtel "are afraid people will leave their used glasses all around the facility". The staff was very friendly but it doesn't compensate for the rest. We don't think the hôtel prices are fair.
