Commande reçue avec 6 semaines de retard, erreur sur la date de livraison. Les chaises commandées ne correspondent pas aux dimensions indiquées sur le site, la soit disant responsable n'écoute rien, me coupe sans cesse et fait preuve d'une mauvaise fois incroyable. J'espère que le SAV aura un peu plus de considération pour ses clients afin de remonter le niveau. Update : jamais eu de réponse du SAV. I agree with the previous reviews. The quality of the items is very good but the customer service is terrible. Order received 6 weeks late, error on delivery date. The chairs ordered do not correspond to the dimensions indicated on the site, the so-called manager does not listen to anything, constantly cuts me and shows incredible bad faith. I hope that the after-sales service will have a little more consideration for its customers in order to raise the level. Update: never had a response from after-sales service.

Le magasin ne veux rien savoir, aucun gestes commercial. Je parle de la table... Purchase of a table and 6 chairs during the sales. And what was my surprise to see it 100€ cheaper 15 days after the sales. The store does not want to know anything, no commercial gestures. I'm talking about the table...
G	Giordano Bellaccomo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous attendons toujours une livraison prévue ce jour chez mes parents d'un meuble devant être échangé à la suite d'erreurs de pièces et de défauts dans le premier meuble reçu (meuble buffet d'une valeur de presque 1999€). Livraison prévue entre 9h45 et 11h45... 11h mes parents reçoivent un sms confirmant que le camion de livraison fait route vers leur domicile. Il est actuellement 14h. Après, un appel à leur magasin, le personnel (très désagréable et absolument pas professionnel) nous répond que le livreur a fait demi tour car il a été bloqué... la rue de mes parents n'a jamais été bloquée, mon père est levé depuis 7h et j'y suis présent depuis 14h. Nous n'avons jamais reçu d'appel de la personne chargée de la livraison. La seule réponse du personnel du magasin est de prévoir une nouvelle livraison un jeudi, bien entendu comme cela les arrange eux alors que nous avons du prendre congé au près de nos employeurs pour pouvoir être présent aujourd'hui. Sans oublier que nous avons du emballer le meuble à nos frais. Le professionnalisme de ce magasin laisse à désirer ! Ainsi que son système de livraison. Ha ! J'allais oublier, ils feront PEUT-ÊTRE un geste commercial ! Des incompétents ! We are still waiting for a delivery scheduled for today at my parents' house of a piece of furniture to be exchanged following errors in the parts and defects in the first piece of furniture received (buffet piece of furniture worth almost 1999€). Delivery scheduled between 9:45 am and 11:45 am... 11 am my parents receive a text message confirming that the delivery truck is on its way to their home. It is currently 2 p.m. After a call to their store, the staff (very unpleasant and absolutely unprofessional) tells us that the delivery man has turned around because he has been blocked... my parents' street has never been blocked, my father is I've been up since 7 a.m. and I've been there since 2 p.m. We never received a call from the delivery person. The only response from the store staff is to schedule a new delivery on a Thursday, of course as it suits them when we had to take time off with our employers to be able to be present today. Not to mention that we had to pack the furniture at our expense. The professionalism of this store leaves something to be desired! As well as its delivery system. Ha! I was going to forget, they MAYBE make a commercial gesture! Incompetents!

It sells trendy furniture - i.e. industrial design - the quality is pretty good and the prices seems fair (not cheap, simply fair). It took half an hour to take a quite complete tour, so it is not big, but it is definely worth taking a look.
A	Anna Costansa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever - I strongly recommend to avoid at all cost buying at Overstock. We bought a piece of furniture 2,5 meters long. They delivered 1 month late and the day of delivery they left it in my garden telling me they were not paid to enter the piece in my home (a ground floor). When I called Overstock they told me they were very sorry but they could not do anything that I should ask help from the neighbors. I would suggest somebody trying to move a 2,5 m buffet. Worst buying experience and service ever. I am giving them a 1 because I cannot rate them as 0.
