Même pas un bonjour en rentrant dans la boutique... « Monsieur, veuillez sortir c’est un client à la fois... ». J’ai voulu changer le numéro de mon abonnement (un numéro choisi), le service client n’a pas les outils pour cela, il faut aller en boutique. En boutique, « à non on ne fait pas ça, faut sonner au service client! ». Je re sonne au service client, l’opérateur s’est excusé pour la boutique au moins une dizaine de fois de m’avoir refusé et m’a conseillé d’aller dans une autre enseigne, comme celle du Cora de Châtelineau... Ça m’a pris 5 minutes à Châtelineau, plus jamais à Tamines, ça réputation est bien fondée. Extremely unpleasant, especially in this period of covid19. Not even a hello on entering the store ... "Sir, please come out, it's one customer at a time ...". I wanted to change my subscription number (a chosen number), customer service does not have the tools for this, you have to go to the store. In the store, "no, we don't do that, we have to ring the bell for customer service!" ". I'm ringing at customer service, the operator has apologized for the store at least ten times for refusing me and advised me to go to another store, like the one at Cora de Châtelineau ... It took me 5 minutes in Châtelineau, never again in Tamines, that reputation is well founded.

Et donc, on m'a demandé d'attendre, que je les recevrai dès que possible et ça va faire 2 ans et toujours rien!! Je les ai acheté chez média mark et c'était du personnel de chez orange. Je m'y suis rendue plein de fois..et chaque fois des personnes différentes et la réponse est qu'ils ne savaient pas m'aider!! Ensuite, j'ai contacter Orange et là, la personne m'a dit de me rendre ds une boutique la plus proche de chez moi, qu'elle allait envoyer un mail. Donc je suis allée à Tamines et la personne m'a remballé, n'a même pas regarder si il avait reçu le mail et m'a juste dit, que la personne ne connaissait rien et qu'elle ne savait pas de quoi elle parlait!! Et voilà...merci orange!! Je compte changer d'opérateur car là ça va trop loin..pff.. I'm really not happy .. So I went to Tamines and the person packed me up, didn't even look if he got the email and just told me, the person didn't know anything and didn't know what they were talking about !! There you go ... thank you orange !! I intend to change operator because this is going too far..pff ..

Je contact donc le service clientèle qui me confirme pouvoir me rendre dans un shop orange pour procédé à un échange standard. La réponse du gérant ? " ce n'est pas vrai, on ne fait jamais d'échange. Aller dans une autre boutique il vous dirons la même chose. " D'accord, je retourne donc à mon véhicule et par curiosité je décide de contacter le service clientèle et à parler à responsable, celui ci m'a bien confirmé que cela était tout à fait possible, il n'avais certainement pas envie de le faire " . Donc tes un mytho et en plus t'est fade. HUGE lack of professionalism. VERY badly advised. I ordered a phone online, unfortunately it arrived in the wrong color. So I contacted customer service who confirmed that I could go to an orange shop for a standard exchange. The manager's response? "It's not true, we never do exchanges. Go to another store and they'll tell you the same thing." Ok, so I go back to my vehicle and out of curiosity I decide to contact customer service and talk to the manager, this one confirmed to me that it was quite possible, he certainly didn't want to To do " . So you're a mytho and you're bland on top of that.
