Depuis lors, je suis en contact répétés avec Proximus afin de comprendre ce changement qui a été fait à mon insu, sans aucune demande de ma part et aucun contact avec cette boutique. Ce jour, j'apprends que ma réduction de 10% affinity via mon employeur (CHC) n'est pas accordée! Mes appels internationaux ont été supprimés ! Je payais un abonnement de 55,45€ et j'ai un nouvel abonnement changé à mon insu d'un montant de 70,99€. Après avoir effectué des recherches, la boutique G Telecom de Tamines me signale que c'est une personne prénommée Tatiana qui a effectué ce changement de pack et qui prétend m'avoir téléphoné pour que je donne mon accord et paye plus cher! Je n'ai jamais été en contact avec cette Tatiana et je n'ai jamais donné mon accord ! Il s'agit d'une escroquerie, mon avocat prend en charge la suite de ce dossier. Hello, on 03/12/21 I received a letter from the G Telecom store in Tamines on which all my old advantages of my pack were deleted. Since then, I have been in repeated contact with Proximus in order to understand this change which was made without my knowledge, without any request from me and no contact with this store. Today, I learn that my 10% affinity reduction via my employer (CHC) is not granted! My international calls have been deleted! I paid a subscription of 55.45 € and I have a new subscription changed without my knowledge in the amount of 70.99 €. I have never been in contact with this Tatiana and I have never given my consent! This is a scam, my lawyer takes charge of the rest of this case.
