★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une boutique téléphonique bien désservie, grand choix d'accessoires et de bons conseils du personnel, jeune et sympa. J'y vois toujours beaucoup de clients et des professionnels à leur écoute. Je n'ai pas entendu de plaintes et les clients ont l'air ravis. Les offres sont intéressantes et il y a plusieurs concurrents dans les environs immédiats, comme Proximus... chaque professionnel a donc intérêt à être le meilleur!
 A well-served phone shop, large selection of accessories and good advice from the young, friendly staff. I always see a lot of customers and professionals listening to them. I haven't heard any complaints and the customers seem happy. The offers are interesting and there are several competitors in the immediate vicinity, such as Proximus... so every professional has an interest in being the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drie keer moeten terug gaan ...drie keer andere antwoorden,om uiteindelijk naar Samsung store Dockx gestuurd te worden om daar nog eens te moeten horen voor een réparatie 4 maanden te moeten wachten ...hallo is dat plus service....?!
Had to go back three times ... three times different answers, to finally be sent to Samsung store Dockx to be told to wait 4 months for a repair ... hello is that plus service....? !

I was sold by an Orange Agent stationed in Media Market Basilix Shopping Centre a mobile + Internet package and after 2 weeks waiting their technician who visited my house told internet connection may not be done as there is no telnet cable, and they did not know about it!! I visited the Orange Office in Westland Shopping Centre and the person in charge told it happens and, he don't understand why I have come there
