β β β β β Perfect everything. Very clean kitchen and furnished with microware, oven, friger, microceramic, coffe machine. You get your key and you can go out/in without staff so you fell at home.

The location was perfect, you can easily rent a bike at Leuven station or walk through the beautiful streets

β β β β β Excellent location, near the Leuven train station. Self, check-in. We arrived one hour earlier and everything was already waiting for us. Rooms are very clean. Although the room is not very big and quite minimalistic, you have most of the essentials. I would maybe add a bigger mirror somewhere in the hallway as there would be room for this. The bed is quite nice and comfortable. I was very tired and slept very well. Three is a bit of a noise from the street but not too much and the host does provide ear plugs. They also provide some support info, like the phone number for a taxy company. The place has internet and it works perfect. I really enjoyedy stay there. I believe it is excelent for a couple of nights in Leuven.

β β β β β I was planning on staying in this hotel with my mother but after reading the conversation my friend had with the business account, I donβt think I will! Accusing your client of being a liar or βyou could be lyingβ is no way to go!

β β β β β Clean and airy room with comfortable bed, excellent location (great bakery at doorstep, Leuven train station and city centre short distance away etc.), value-for-money with monthly rate available! Do note that domicile is not possible, do confirm with them about this. Check-in and -out were smooth with clear instructions. Customer service email and Whatsapp are efficient but human-operated, so best to send queries/requests in advance so they have reasonable time to process (: Recommended!

β β β β β Worst stay of my life. DON'T EVER stay in this hotel. Worst customer service. No hot water in the shower and i was freezing while showering. The hot water came after that day. Dirtiest heater and smells like rotten food when you turn the heater on. If you dont turn it on, you will freeze while sleeping. Asked them questions, no satisfying answers or no answer at all! Also, accuse customers of all the dirt!!! They lie to customers face!!!!

β β β β β There are three things a human needs for a good night's sleep which is heat, darkness and no noise. You will get none of those in this place and consequently not much sleep.
While the street noise, the squeaky bed and the bright street lights could be mitigated using earplugs and a sleep mask the missing heat is a much bigger issue.
It's not that I am a person that is cold easily but after a night with around 15Β°C or less and a super thin blanket I really hope I won't catch a cold.
The only good part about this place is the decent internet and the nice design. Unfortunately while using your laptop you will have to wear a thick jacket.
