Tobias Keene, D.D.S.

Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. When not striving to keep his patients happy and healthy, he’s enjoys hiking with his family in Rock Creek Park.

En effet, les exercices proposés sont très bien ciblés et vont droit au but, ce qui se traduit par un gain de temps considérable par rapport aux programmes de musculation répétitifs et ennuyeux que j’ai pu suivre par le passé. Avec Andriy les séances ne se ressemblent pas, et pendant celles-ci il est vraiment attentif et concentré sur toi, sur ta sécurité, sur ta technique. Un réel accompagnement. De plus, tout ceci dans un cadre très agréable comme celui de son studio: design et très propre. Andriy fait tout pour te faire sentir bien, et même si les séances sont très intenses, on n’a qu’une seule chose en tête quand on termine: à quand la prochaine! With Andriy I finally managed to transform my body the way I wanted it to for so many years, and this in very few sessions. Indeed, the suggested exercises are very well targeted and straight to the point, which translates into a considerable time saving compared to repetitive and boring strength training programs that I have followed in the past. With Andriy the sessions are not the same, and during them he is really attentive and focused on you, on your safety, on your technique. Real support. In addition, all this in a very pleasant setting like that of his studio: design and very clean. Andriy does everything to make you feel good, and even though the sessions are very intense, we only have one thing in mind when we finish: when is the next one!

Thanks to him, my many years of pain in my knees and back went away, and my posture improved. The studio itself is very bright and clean. It is located in the center of the city, just a stone's throw from the Louise metro station. All equipment is from Rogue company. It's really worth it!
