Sans solution, nous nous apprêtions à passer la nuit de manière assez inconfortable. J'ai tenté d'appeler Belectric et, oh agréable surprise, un charmant Monsieur m'a immédiatement répondu et dépannée, avec une extrême gentillesse... Un ange gardien ;-) Je ne suis pas prête d'oublier cette adresse que je vous recommande vivement ! Merci, merci et encore merci à lui ... It is past midnight, general power cut in the apartment that I have just recently occupied with my two children. Without a solution, we were about to spend the night in a rather uncomfortable way. I tried to call Belectric and, oh pleasant surprise, a charming gentleman immediately answered me and helped me out, with extreme kindness... A guardian angel ;-) I'm not ready to forget this address that I highly recommend you! Thank you, thank you and thank you again...

Je tiens également à souligner sa patience et sa bienveillance tout au long du processus (nous sommes de nouveaux locataires et ne trouvions pas nos compteurs, avons donc fait le tour de l'immeuble pendant de longues minutes ; et même durant cette traque Monsieur nous suggérait des pistes pour nous aider à trouver lesdits compteurs). Il a su nous indiquer immédiatement où se trouvait le problème et comment le résoudre. Je le remercie vivement pour son professionnalisme et son amabilité ! Notre électricien attitré dorénavant. I was in a panic and called this establishment very late with a major electrical problem, which responded quickly and in an extremely cordial manner. I also want to underline his patience and his benevolence throughout the process (we are new tenants and could not find our meters, so we walked around the building for long minutes; and even during this hunt, Monsieur suggested to us leads to help us find the said counters). He was able to tell us immediately where the problem was and how to fix it. I thank him warmly for his professionalism and his kindness! Our appointed electrician from now on.
