I called the restaurant and the nice lady put me though with the delivery guy. He was very rude and insisted that he was at my door step. I was at the bus stop with a clean view on my front door and there was no one there. No excuses, no compensation, nothing. Deliveroo paid me back but I was very disappointed by this restaurant. Will never order again.

Generally you get a lot of basic sushi pieces and you would always grab for the Dragon eye's or other special ones immediately. This was the first place where I actually enjoyed eating the basic sushi pieces. Well prepared food served with good attention.

After one and a half hours, we called and were told the sushi was on its way. Another hour went by, my boyfriend called again and we were told once more that it was "on its way." The sushi showed up over 2 hours after we ordered. We not were offered any apology or compensation for the horrible service. There are much better sushi places in Antwerp that taste better and will deliver on time. We will never order from here again.
V	Valerie Wee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took more than 2 hours to deliver, But what annoyed me was that the delivery boy activated in the app that the order has already been delivered- a good 20 min before it even appeared on my door step. Needed 2 phone calls to the sushi restaurant - the person who answered was very sympathetic and polite, but that doesn't quite get your food to you on time also. Quality is ok but not fresh especially the sashimi. I hate to give a review like this when i know the restaurant is trying their best. Word of advice- its better to manage expectations than say it is arriving at 730pm (which is a 1 hour wait) when it only arrived closer to 9pm. Disclosure- Free delivery promo
