Communicatie is barslecht. Heel Amateuristisch.
 Leaves something to be desired compared to other fitness centers (eg basicfit).
Communication is bad. Very amateurish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blij met deze fitness! Ze hebben goeie abonnementsformules, vooral de coaching-sessies maken het de moeite waard. Als je op zoek bent naar een fitness, is deze een aanrader.
Happy with this fitness! They have good subscription formulas, especially the coaching sessions make it worthwhile. If you're looking for a gym, this one is a must.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte fitness. Probeer al ruim 1 jaar mijn abonnement stop te zetten! 3x tot daar geweest telkens is er niemand aanwezig die het kan regelen.
Ook aangetekend schrijven geen reactie.
Tijdens corona was de fitness dicht en ook toen ging het bedrag van men rekening. 0.0 service!
Very bad gym. Been trying to cancel my subscription for over 1 year! Been there 3x, each time there is no one present who can arrange it.
Also registered letter no response.
The fitness was closed during corona and the amount was deducted from their account. 0.0 service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I signed up last year they told I was going to get two months free, the first and the thirteenth. Now they charged the thirteenth month and when I asked to get my money back the person at the counter said he could not do anything and I could email the office but he decides and he won't give my money back. Why would they have a promotion if they do not respect it. This is a terrible customer service. When someone asks me about this fitness I won't recommend the gym because of this, for 25€ they loose one customer and possibly more.
