★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not your average Crossfit box, much more than that! Cargo embodies "Everyone can do Crossfit". Everyone is challenged to go to their own limit, not beyond. Coaches spend equal time with novices and experts. But most of all Crossfit Cargo is a community, a big group of friends, some might say a family. One that with much regret, I have left halfway 2021 due to moving to Italy for work... Well worth giving this a try, just do it and become your better self!
