★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mercedes-Benz Wemmel is well represented by the seller Davy Grenson. Davy is friendly, nice, patience and really helpful. In the other hand you can have a such bad experience with Jaffar Ghiouar for 3 times I had bad experience with him, the last time (today) he was not even seller anymore, so now he works on the reception which makes even worse have a bad treatment at the main entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse service ever for a brand like Mercedes. I had to wait 1 month and a half for a accessory that I ordered, for which I entered all the required papers within 2 days, because they did not have my right phone number. Although I updated it with another person in the same shop.
I had to call many times, they always said they would come back to me but it was never the case. So I had to be rude to get a reply. Very bad experience!
